In September 2018, we launched our ‘We Love Our Beach’ campaign to reduce and eventually eliminate single-use plastic at Zero Gravity. We’ve moved away from plastic straws, cutlery, and plates, and are replacing cups.

We’re looking at effective ways to eliminate plastic bottles completely, with the ones we use recycled into fabric for staff uniforms. The most visible part of our ‘We Love Our Beach Campaign’ is our monthly Beach Clean Up.

On the first Monday of every month, our team, corporate partners and volunteers pick up rubbish on JBR Beach. We hope this encourages others to help reduce plastic pollution too.
